New Alaska Pics
Here are some new pics I took earlier this month. The back ground has a couple of different Alaska glaciers in them.
This is my favorite
I like this one because the car is the highlight of the shot.

Thanks. I'm trying out some different settings on the camera. I think the results speak for themselves.

Awesome pics! The scenery out there is just incredible -- makes a great backdrop for your photos.

Termination dust......ugh. I used to live in Wasilla until I retired from the AF in 2003.
I don't miss the snow or the Glen Asteroid belt driving home everyday.
Nice pics though.

Thanks. Actually no termination dust yet. Those are glaciers down in Portage Valley. I could never drive in from Wasilla. Eagle River is bad enough when it snows.

Yeah, it made a bit of a difference when they put in the two lane expansion at the Palmer turn off but, it still ended up being almost a 45 minute drive one way. I got used to it though.
