Site problems or my problems?

No one else is having the problem where every few threads you visit on the site you get "this page can not be displayed"? It's been happening for over a week now and I only have a problem on this site so I'm sure it isn't a problem with my connection. I have to wait a few minutes and then I can come back and view some more. I can view any other sites I want during this time, it's only this one that gives me problems.

There's no way I'm the only one. I had to try twice to get in this thread and then twice it wouldn't post my reply

I have that problem sometimes. Sometimes a post comes right up , sometimes it takes a while, sometimes I just x out and try again later
