Alignment Spec handling/tire wear
I've searched through the threads here endlessly and I see a lot of variations on alignment set ups. (there are even 2 or 3 different suggestions as to what "factory specs are....for a 98-02 Trans Am)
Most of the "modified" set ups I see mentioned are being used by autoX/road racers with modified suspension so I don't know how those would apply to a car without lowering springs etc.
Personally I'm wondering what a good set up for basically stock WS6 would be. I have sway bars and SFC, but I don't think those make a difference in the alignment set up. But I was wondering if running 315s in the rear would affect anything.
I'm shooting for a more aggressive set up than stock but without causing too much extra tire wear....can anyone suggest how far from spec I might be able to get before wear starts to become an issue?

Very ironic because I got my tires balanced yesterday and a local shop testing out their service..(used a torque wrench.. everything was on he money, guy wiped his feet off and everything was nice)
Talked to them about getting my front suspension work done.. Got tubular UMI upper and lower( adjustable lowers only) a-arms and I need the specs on a good DD(yeah i know the rod end issue... oh well) that can perform as a good cruiser and performance as a good corner car and a good track car...
