we got this lightning at work that caught my eye i'm thinking of buying it when my car sells. i think it'd be fun something different with the sexy sound of that supercharger.

i use to own a lightning, they make CRAZY tq with bolt ons, i should have never sold mine
very good trucks, never had a problem with mine
only thing you really need to worry about is spark plug blow out, with that said, you can only take the stock rods so far before they will break soooo if you plan on making alot more boost you will need to swap out the rods/pistonsLast edited by Blackbird WS6; 03-29-2011 at 07:11 PM.

There is a blue one for sale about 8 miles from me. The trashy person that owned it for 5 months (couldnt make the payments) ruined it for me. Never could I own his vehicle.

All used car people are the same even when you work for them! give you fuck all for your vehicle and than make a mint off of it. I know its business. But i told the owner i'll trade my car for the truck and you give me 5grand i'll pay for anything that needs to be fixed the cleaning and whatever else. He proceeded to laugh at me and said no. I told him that i know for a fact you will be making money off this deal over 2grand for sure and i know that. After work yesterday i asked him if I could take the truck for a drive to see if i even like it and would want to buy it if my car sells. He also proceeded to laugh at me and say no, he said that its not the right vehicle for you. How would he know what's right for me? i've only known him for just over a month come on now.
