Changing springs
I'm thinking about doing a spring/lifter/push rod change to get ready for a cam in the summer. Anything else that I need to do while I'm in there?

Lifters require the heads to be removed. Lots of work there.
To me, it would make more sense to go after it all at once. Cam swap should involve springs, pushrods, etc....2008 Trailblazer SS

I guess while I'm in there, I may as well do a head swap also, huh? Any suggestions on heads? What have others done?
