So much for the camaro weight.. New Mustang Weight
Seems like Ford guys can't laugh at how much of a pig the Camaro is.

Estimated 3750lbs for the V6 Mustang... although they're getting a nice upgrade to engine/suspension/nearly everything...

I'm not saying one is faster than the other. All I know is the Ford guys were talking shit about how much the camaro weighs, and ford comes along and matches the weight. I personally like mustangs, almost bought one instead of my bird (don't shoot me), but its funny that ford matched the camaro weight when all the ford guys were making fun of the camaro's weight.

if the average consumer demands a car to be safe, loaded with options and afordable, the car will be a pig...
new cars weighting in 3700-4200lbs, should not be a shock...

Once, when I worked for GoodYear, I had to replace one of the tires on a 95 V6 Mustang. I opened the trunklid and the struts were blown, causing the trunklid to come down on the back of my neck. That lid was HEAVY. I wondered what the weight was of the car and I looked at the GVWR...4,293...ON A V6!!! My car is 3,760 and IT'S A FKKIN
V8!!!
