shops in tampa area
hey there guys, im new to the forum here, i recently bought me a '94 formula and im annoyed to find out theres a speed limiter on it, and its only got a 115 speedo :\ but hey it can be fixed, there's hope. i was told a way to remove the limiter is to have the computer flashed..that true? and if so u guys know of any shops around tampa where i could get a good deal and get this taken care of?
thx

buy a used hypertech computer programmer, you can take the limiter off with that and change some other things, it is dyno proven to give you something like 18 more rwhp and 16ftlbs of torque. you can probably pick one up on here for aroun $150. that would be your best bet.
