What is the fastest 0-60

On record for a stock ls1?

I found 4.9 tested by popular mech 99.

that'd be the fastest I've seen as well. Although I remember reading a forum post somewhere by Ed Hamburger of SLP claiming that a pro drag racer took a stock LS1 down to 12.6 in the 1/4 at E-town. That'd be better than a 4.9 0-60 I'd think. Though in order to duplicate that you would need a factory freak and you would have to drive it like you WANT it to break. Of course that's why records are records, they are not easily repeatable.

Well its not a record if there is no proof. I believe evan smith with a 12.89 @ 108mph is the record.

Deff a factory freak right there but I'm sure there are a buttload of these "freaks" out and about since low 13's are the norm. 321 to the wheels is the giveaway. 305-310 stock is reasonable but another 10hp could just be those tolerances stacking up in that car's favor.
