TRIPLE BLACK- 2000 CAMARO SS M6 #2100
New Era Performance, any problems?
Neweraperformanceparts.com is who I am talking about, 1322 Buffalo Rd. Rochester, NY 14624. I am not sure if they are a sponsor of this site but couldn’t find a better place to post this. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone has had any problems with them or not? I am currently having a problem with them right now that I wish to not go into further detail with considering that it is not resolved yet and I am not the kind of person to bash a business right away. How was everyone else’s experience with them?

It ended up ok in the end. Long story short... I ordered a BBK SSi manifold from them on June 11th and did not get it until a few days ago. They kept telling me that it was going to ship "this week" for like 3 weeks in a row. Turns out that BBK was telling them the same thing so they were just relaying to me what was told to them. So I guess it was a BBK problem and not a New Era Performance problem. All in all, Im just glad to have my manifold either way. They were very nice and professional about it too. Im sure I will give them another shot sometime.

Mike at New Era is quality peeps. BBK has been giving incorrect information to tons of dealers lately as they have been out of parts and B/O for 30-60 days. There are many 2010 Camaro parts dealers that are fed up and getting the run around.
I hear it all day as I work for their competition and the end users call me and tell me their stories.

They are very good guys.
Mike is a standup person and I've known him
for many years now.
You never have to worry about buying from them.
Just do not forget to tell him where you saw his ad. "lol"

Yes, like I said it all turned out OK. They seemed to be good people there that’s why I did not want to blast them without getting to the complete bottom of the problem. I will definitely use them again.

Had some questions on a transmission cooler for our car and e-mailed New Era. Received an answer back the following day and ordered the cooler on Wednesay. It arrived a few minutes ago -- they certainly provide prompt responses and have fast shipping.
