bee hve valve springs
whats the big diffrence do they really break that easy i wanna run a cam under .600 lift i know they work with cheaper rockers but are they better than patriot

They have a shaky reputation at best. The problems have apparently been fixed, but I know some of the newer sets have broken as well. Any valve spring can break, but with beehive springs' track record, I know I wouldnt use them.

Beehives are fine. The PAC 1518 and COMP 26918 are both great beehives. COMP had some problems with a few batches quite a long time ago. No one has problems with the PAC 1518 beehive springs. They are very reliable.
Most spring failures are more operator error. Choosing a spring that cant handle the camshaft features and improperly installing is usually the case. Beehives in general, have no problems to speak of.
