Typhoon Intake Manifold
Was looking to upgrade my stock LS1 intake on my 98 T/A. Heard most people replace that with the LS6 intake but I came across the typhoon which looks pretty slick and supposedly adds 20hp, give or take. Anyone have this intake or know anything about it?

I've read in the past few days that the Typhoon intakes are very heavy as compared to the LS6. 2 other complaints are bad fitment sometimes, and also when racing they can get heat soaked.
