So what does insurance on one of these Trans Ams run you if you live in Chicago (28 years of age)?

Navy Blue Metallic- `98 Formula M6 HdTp
I live outside Detroit and I don't think I've ever paid more than $1500 a year, and I bought mine new when I was 29. 10 yrs later and I'm under $800 a year. Realistically if it's not your DD you can Insure it with Haggerty for much less, You must be over 21 and have proof of another vehicle as your DD.

I live in VA and our insurance quoted us a lower amount than our Ford Contour V6.

full. same plan as contour. I'm going to give them a vin number of a car for sale next time because I think they might have thought it was a V6 or something. But we did say "Trans Am". didn't even say the word firebird. Also note that I am not a primary driver just my parents and my 20 year old sister (none have EVER caused an accident).
Just find a VIN number on autotrader and call different insurance companies for quotes.

what about a 17 year old using it as a daily driver. i will get the goos student bonus, clean record, and safe driver discount. what is my price range? can you give me a ballpark estimate?

I live in Chicago and pay 60/month and I am 26...I found Allstate or AAA was the cheapest.
