Going from an 03 Lightning to an 00 WS6...
... what is going to be the first thing im going to want to do? i dont really know anything about LS1's. The WS6 is stock.

First things first . Go to your local track and get at least three or four runs in . Then you can start your modding.
Otherwise you'll be pissin in the wind for the first couple a months. Do the cheap & easy stuff first . Lid-catback-synthetics, etc .If your's is an A4 this should get you down into the low 13's at around 105 MPH. After that your on your way to addiction !

HOw do i know if its an A4, its an auto does that help?

long tubes, CAI, exhaust and a tune are the "basics" with some subframe connectors

where is a good site to get TA parts? i have heard SLP is a big name to go with is this true

i woulldnt recomend SLP, maybe their lid, but even that i would recomend the volant CAI, headers you want stainless steel longtubes such as kooks, american racing headers, QTP etc., if your going to go with longtubes exhausts such as magnaflow and corsa sound nice
