max towing weight for our cars is 1000 lbs, although towing is not recommended, make sure to get the right hitch so the tongue weight isn't too much

But never this..........
30 December 1999
Solotec's Snowplow for CARS is Ready for eCommerce! PITTSBURGH, Dec. 30 -- Solotec Corporation, based in
Pittsburgh, PA, announces the inauguration of its secure direct online order
processing on its website, at http://www.solotec.com. The Driv'nPlow(R) is a
lightweight car snowplow that is available only through the company's website
for $350. Through January 31, 2000, a special promotion is in place online to
celebrate this new electronic commerce capability during the coming winter
season. Solotec's products can be shipped direct worldwide.
Whether it snows tomorrow or three years from today, global warming or
global freezing, the Driv'nPlow(R) requires little maintenance and no
mechanical tune-up is ever required.
Entrepreneur and company founder George Thome Matisz says, "Anyone in
snowy regions of the United States or around the world who know the pain of
shoveling snow will benefit from the Driv'nPlow(R). Our products will really
change the way most homeowners approach snow removal in the 21st Century,"
says Matisz.
During the first two major Colorado snowstorms of 1999, customers
successfully used Solotec's Car snowplows. One woman, in her early-40s in
Conifer, CO, used the Driv'nPlow(R) in a 350ft. (107 meters) driveway setting
to clear 17" (43 cm) of fresh snow; another male customer, in Evergreen, CO,
in his mid-40s used one of Solotec's Car snowplows in a 600ft. (183 meters)
gravel driveway environment to clear 17" (43 cm) of wet snow.
The 43-pound (19 Kg.) snowplow is designed to fit most family cars and
minivans. The company also has a sport utility/pickup version available on
its website for $450. Driv'nPlow(R) is excellent for driveway and small
parking lot snow removal, but is not for road use. Easy to assemble, no
complicated mounting is ever required.
For more information on Solotec and the Driv'nPlow(R), call toll-free at
888-765-6832 (SOLOTEC) or visit Solotec's website at http://www.solotec.com.
Driv'nPlow(R) is an IDEA97 Award Winner as presented by the Industrial
Designer's Society of America (IDSA).
Solotec Corporation is an eCommerce business with its own branded products
for snow removal.
How funny would that be ?????????
