I need help from the australians
I have to plan a 10 day trip for my geography class, so I figured why not do a road trip on Australias highways. I've that there are a lot of places to stop and a couple good routes. Could you guys point me in the right direction and give me some ideas on places to stop and travel times?

For a safe trip for backpackers they should go up and down the east coast of Australia. I actually prefer the south coast road which leads down to Melbourne.
Central and west coast Australia are great but it’s the Outback not very safe..hahaha just watch Wolf Creek.

You will pretty much have a great time where ever you go but if you’re a fussy bunch then I suggest you stick to the cities, like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane…

I just popped in here to say the SBC Aluminum heads I bought for 600 bucks from Austrailia flow great. Fuck paying 1500 for AFRs or some shit.

Things like, are you planning to have a backpacker adventure if so i will give some of the names where backpackers like to go and hang out and smoke weed.
Or
Its it more about discovering Australian History and locations to check out.
Or
Is it just Clubs and Pubs for you guys.

A combination of all three would be pretty good. I figured a driving trip or one of those rv trips could pretty much cover it all.

Why not try this site, whereis.com.au
& put in the Capital city names, E.g. Sydney, Melbourne
It will give you a route & trip time
Good Luck
Cheers
