Fwak Walmart
https://www.theblaze.com/news/walmar...fle-ammunition
I used to get my 40 cal and 5.56 from there because they were some of the cheapest, now because they caved I now longer have a need to get much of anything from there now on.
Haven't sent a penny in Dicks since they caved, now only thing I might get a Walmart is milk and eggs, everything else they can get bent.
Hope their shares drop like a lead weight.

I know they stopped sells in 2015, but still sold ammo.
I also was picking up targets, some times fishing bait and gear, so no more.
Hopefully Academy doesn't get stupid.

No such thing as an Assault Rifle

Depends on who you ask.
Definition of assault rifle
: any of various intermediate-range, magazine-fed military rifles (such as the AK-47) that can be set for automatic or semiautomatic fire
There is no such thing as an "Assault Weapon"

By that definition Assault Rifles have not been produced since 1986 for the general public. Those that have an automatic selection you have to have a special license to own one. Those are heavily regulated and monitored by the ATF(E).
Black, semi-auto, military looking doesn't make it a Assault Rifle.

$200 tax stamp. I shoot full auto quite often. Also use with the $200 additional stamp that makes them very quiet.

I know it's just word play on Anti-2A groups.
Also some states do not allow Auto gun ownership.

It is sheer ignorance actually. No need to sugar coat it.
Walmart never sold Assault Rifles.
It sucks these big corporations are so stupid as to think their personal change in policy from selling a simple weapon or ammo will actually change anything. Same as the ones trying to use their position to ban open carry or any carry and think it changes anything in reality. If someone wants ammo or a weapon for evil...they will get it. if someone is going to carry, they will. It is like a celebrity putting in their two cents that is just as worthless. A musician or athlete is certainly not any sort of credible influence in similar situations. All of these corporations and entertainers just need to shut the f up and live and let live.

Remember, even though most anti-2A people are totally ignorant of guns, if you want to have a conversation with them about it, you have to talk in terms they can understand.
The "evil looking", semi-auto rifles with large magazines can be identified to the layperson as an assault rifle and they will know exactly what you are talking about instead of having to go through the official terminology, etc.
In addition, Wal-Mart could just stop selling all rifles, shotguns, and ammunition all together and they wouldn't lose a ton of business. They are everywhere and most of the time their prices are the best so people will not stop shopping there. Same with Facebook/Twiiter and every other business and social media platform that is being intertwined with life itself. Even though they know everything about you and continue to gather information about you and your family, people just won't stop using it.

2016 Camaro SS - Summit- 2001 Trans Am WS6 - NBM
My poor wife works at Walmart. Her and just about every other employee that deals with customers on the daily are constantly attacked, like personally attacked, by idiots who think they have anything to do with decisions surrounding ammo sales/self checkout etc. It gets me even more mad at the corporate level idiots who could care less what the 'plebs' have to go through when they pull shit like this.
