Yea GM dropped the ball on the 5th gens...the Cruze looks pretty good though. They need to drop the LNF in there and call it a day. Dodge is doing pretty good though even the fugly charger looks decent now. Originally Posted by chuckie669

Obviously more people like the way the 5th gen looks over the 4th gen, considering the sales numbers. Good sales mean the camaro will continue to stick around. As far as the nationwide car goes... the body shape is the same on all of them and dictated by the rules. The camaro looks as much like a camaro as the mustang and challenger look like their respective street versions. Better GM puts the camaro out there than the impala.

Now for NASCAR inspired models instead of things like the blue dusk version...wtf?

The body style of the 4th gen is what contributed to it's eventual fail..
Though many also like the T/A's body style, many people think it looks like a cookie cutter car that was pieced together.
I like the T/A's looks though, but the Camaro composite head lights were just hideous imo,
the earlier quad headlamps and pointed nose looked better imho.
The car in my sig was the last "good" looking Nascar style imho..

My only true grip I have with the 5th gen is the ass end. I just hate the way it looks. IMHO it looks like an afterthought, like they ran out of budget and just threw something on it.
