rebuild ls1 engine with cam, diff gears, maff tune
hey everyone! jus wana know a few things. im gettin my 350 rebuild. there puttin a 224 comp cam in it, 3.9 diff gears and maff tune. the motor has already been bored out too 20 thou if that makes scence? i jus wana know how big is that cam? with the idle and that? how much more will it rev with the diff gears and how much should i run it b4 i give it alot?

I think you'll like the cam, I went with a 220/224 and wish I would have went with a slightly bigger one....but still makes good power...you might gain about 500 rpms out of that cam, but you will love the acrossed the board power you gain from it.....great street cam

that kinda gives me some idea. i jus wana know if the cam is gona be choppy orrrrrrrr lop lop lop?
im runnin twin exhaust cat back with straight thru mufflers. including highflow cats and extractors.

with a 112lsa you will hear the chop
if yuor an m6 you'll be fine, but if you have an a4 you'll need a 3,600- 4,000rpm stall
