Another airplane question.
There is a plane in perfect conditions traveling at 250mph.
Lets say the wind is blowing to the west at 50mph. If the plane is going into the wind ( same RPM aS the perfect conditions 250MPH). How fast is the plane going?
Same plane same RPM but the time going with the wind. how fast?
ok Same plane but this time the engines die. Which plane will travel farther. The plane going into the 50mph wind or the plane going with the wind?

If it is asking air speed it is always going to be 250. If it is asking for the distance traveled it is going to be 200mph into the wind and 300 away.

To gether the furthest distance it is going to want to go 250 the same direction as the wind.

If the plane is travelling at 250mph (as stated), the rest of the question is not relevent.
