MT and Hoosier both say that certain lines fo their tires require tubes... yet Weld says that the Pro Star line of wheel is garanteed tubeless. which one should i listen to?

at the track, i take my pressure down to about 10psi. would that be too low to run tubeless?

yes. anything under 15psi and the bead could pop off the rim.
