List your bolt-on priorities here:
I'm about to start upgrading my virgin WS6 and will probably spend $1k before having to explain myself in depth to my wife. I was thinking the SLP coldpac which comes with lid, K&N, smooth bellows also the SLP MAF, SLP subframes, battery relocation bracket, BMR STB...

I did the SLP Lid ($90), Smooth Bellows ($55) took about two (2) hours. I purchased the Hooker CB for around $380 and had it installed for $125. I just completed the Throttle Body polishing and MAF mods myself this weekend. Seems to run real strong and sounds great. I will probably do the underdrive pully (SLP $218) next and stop there. 300+ RWHP is plently for this 60+ year old kid. Good luck

is a stall converter a bolt on? if so, then that should be the first mod for every auto. If a manual, then do a lid, cheap and easy. Then Long tubes, nice power increase. Then a cutout or exhaust.

Just as a note bene, your car already has the LS6 intake, all 01 & 02s got them from the factory. Do the LTs and Cam at the same time; you'll get a bit of a break on labor costs, and the additive difference is about the biggest jump in performance you'll find!
