Boost Gauge vs Boost/Vacuum Gauge
What's the difference? and why would you run one over the other?
Supercharger = Boost?
Turbo = Boost/Vacuum?
I'm mostly curious

It's better to have a Boost/Vacuum gauge regardless which FI you have. You want to see at what rpm the motor is referencing the amount of vacuum or boost. Gives a wider scope of motor efficiency versus just looking at boost.

I went with an electronic boost gauge that utilizes its own map sensor. Why?
Well,
- I don't have to deal with running a line into the car
- much more accurate and faster readings (shows instant boost spikes)
- adjustable warning light
- records peak boost
- can be data logged
- and the cool factor!
