Grammar!!!
Is it just me that goes crazy reading posts on the internet? So many are full of incorrect grammar. Do people realize how dumb it makes them look and sound when they can't even type a proper sentence? I know it's the internet, people will abbreviate, and there'll be spelling errors here and there, but I think you know the kind of posts I'm reffering to.

i dont always use proper grammar on here
but i am a fuckin genius in school, so everything i say should be understandable. the people that write sentences with no punctuation between them drive me crazy.
i dont expect perfection, but as long as its understandable its cool

I am constanly editing my posts whenever I spot a mistake I have made. One thing that drives me nuts is when people say "to" instead of "too" and other stuff like that.

I do not use proper grammer, I am aware of that.
I do not worry to much about it.
And I often have typo's, as I try to type as fast as my little brain can work.

Oh man, let me tell you I'm frightened about the future of our country. It's almost as if it's now fashionable to be lacking intellectually.
Several years ago I taught a class in basic computer skills while I was pursuing my MBA. Amongst other problems, I remember that my students had a difficult time understanding how to save files in various Microsoft applications. (Is it that much different saving files in Word as opposed to Excel?). Yeah, it was that bad.
I offered to teach my students (i.e. "give" them the answers to the upcoming exam) if they would meet with me during office hours. Of the 20 students in my class, only 1 took me up on the offer.
Just think that these are the kids entering the "real world". Meanwhile, the Japanese are spending their annual salaries so their children can attend supplemental educational opportunities.
I love the US, but we're doing ourselves in with our educational ignorance.

I think it's a serious serious problem and I think the mods need to spend an exorbitant amount of time in doing something about it.
