slp double roller timing chain & high flow oil pump how hard to install?
just what the title said..how hard would it be to put a new double roller timing chain and new oil pump?? is it possible to be done at home or do i need to take it to a shop??? nebody please let me know..or any websites that can walk me thru it would be very appriciated

It can be done. Just replace the front main seal and I inspect the timing cover gasket. If it still looks good I just put some RTV (Permatex) in the corners. You will also need the new O ring for the oil pump. And as for the rest. WWW.LS1HOWTO.COM.

Pewter- all bore 370 Trans Am
pretty easy..not too hard. your more than likely gonna have to drop the oil pan and remove the bottom 2 bellhousing bolts. slip a rag under the oil pump to catch the screw in case it falls.
