Another Bodybuilding picture…
I like all the NATURAL Bodybuilders like Steve Reeves, Reg Park, Clarence Clancy Ross, John Grimek, etc…
Steve Reeves is my favorite, though.
NONE of my pictures are Photoshopped!
Here’s a picture taken on January 1st.

Also, here’s one from a little over a month ago:

Reg Park was the first Bodybuilder (not Weightlifter) on record to Bench Press 500 lbs.
He was also 100% Natural.

That was Arnolds hero. Pick up a book called Arnold:the education of a bodybuilder. you'd like it. However was it ever confirmed Reg Park was all natural? I know he was a bodybuilder a long time ago so its possible. Once the late 60s-70's hit though, forget about it. In those days they had steroids and food. There was no supplements like we have today.

Everything you are into is from the 50's eh? haha I'm not sure I'd consider any of the bodybuilders from that time the greatest for anything other then that they were the first. Arnold, Sergio Oliva, Frank Zane, Lee Haney, Rich Gaspari, Dorian Yates, Ronnie Coleman were all better imo then Steve Reeves

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
I can appreciate what it takes to get where you are. Back when I was in the Army (early 20's) there were several of us that weight trained on a consistant basis. I developed a 54" chest with a 34" waist with 20" biceps. Not bad for being all of 5'7".
Now adays.... pfffft... Don't even ask. 30 years can wrought a sea change on an individual.
Ahhh for my misspent youth....
