Stock shifter vs Hurst shifter
Is there a noticable difference in travel with the stock vs hurst shifter. I think hurst factory shifter or any other aftermarket hurst is about the same. I had a hurst factory shifter on my 01 SS back a few years ago but i just cant remember at all how the throws were other then i would miss 3rd gear once in a while. I just bought one for about 50 shipped so thought id give it a try with the short stick i have already. Let me know what you guys think and those of you who have a hurst shifter how do you like the throws are they just as short as a B&M or Pro 5.0 although its not as precise as a 5.0

i have the factory hurst on my car, and i would have trouble with 3rd at times. but i got the short stick from ws6store.com and now its wonderfull! i've never tried the b&m or the 5.0 but i do love the way my hurst feels now.
