There are very few times where I wake up in the morning and I seriously question my choices. Today was one of them.....I woke up asking myself "when the hell did I get hit by a train?"
Spent the last 3 days, clearing out the house, removing carpet, popping old tile, and then start laying new tile.
OMG what masochist loves to do this work?

Getting material costs for my fence. Decided to go for a shadow box style privacy fence, with galvanized steel posts instead of 4x4's. With my dad's military discount and tax exemptions I should come out right around $2,500. Before all that, I have to get the survey finished up and probably have a discussion with my neighbor about the west property line. Nice guy, it should go smoothly. We'll see.

Lucky you, my neighbors that are on the back side of my property are assholes. Got 2 annoying as fuwk dogs that yap non stop when ever we're outside. Get my dogs spun up. Kinda wish they (the dogs) would "disappear". 1 is a Chihuahua and the other straight fugly mutt the same size.
They're running around the fence so much that have worn the ground down enough that they could fit under it. The owners don't do shit about it.

Yikes. My neighbor has goats, but they're on the other side of the yard and really don't bother me much.

Neighbor's Golden Doodle is that way when it sees us or my dogs. My blue then destroys the fence trying to go over there to play with her
