kinda making me nervous

probally needed to post this in the engine section if so somebody please move it there for me.......anyway yesterday and this morning my car is making me nervous because i am peranoid about noises. Start the car up in the morning it makes a not loud but noticable ticking noise. Only on first start up in the morning. both yesterday and today weather has been about mid 40's if that matters. yesterday it did it for about 10 seconds today it did it for about a minute or two. I did a search but i just want to make sure my motor is fine. it is completly stock 136,000 miles and i do not drive it hard

sounds like piston slap to me which is common and harmless.

is it ticking or knocking? Ticking would be lifter and knocking would be piston slap.
