*** The September to Remember TRAIN ***
Been absent for a while and received a reminder from Carpy the other day to check in more often. Work has been nuts lately and I have been turning prospective clients away with anything that looks like it will be time consuming -- boundary line disputes, divorces, civil litigation, and crap like that. I have managed to keep tinkering on Klinger and we had a great afternoon yesterday running the trails up at Dawn's parents'. Low range and second gear was perfect for the woods. There were two fairly substantial water holes that came almost up to the hubs but we had zero issues making it through them. Stalled the engine a few times until I turned the idle up a bit. Carb rebuild will be the next project along with replacement of the fuel pump.

welcome back, as Kwai Chang Caine would say the thorn defends the rose. It harms only those who would steal the blossom from the plant.

Lawyers will dig a nickel out of a pile of dog shit. I'm guessing by "turning them away" he means they were already broke.

Appraisal came back $11k over the top of the asking price with no conditions, so all good. 32 days to closing officially, but we're basically there.
