Today I wish I was in the Camaro because....
You ever had one of those moments where your in your DD but you wish you were in your Camaro? I had one this morning & figured I would start a thread, as I cannot be alone on this...
My DD: 2005 Civic Value Package, 147k, a whopping 115hp, but also gets a consistent 34mpg & has been the best DD I have ever owned. Love the car!!
Anyways, I was driving to work today (60 mile round trip) & I saw a couple of douchers racing around driving like jackasses. One had an RX-8 & the other had a beat up Civic Si....I wish I had the Camaro, so I could have given them a nice 3000rpm reminder that their cars were slow!
Anyone else been in a similar situation lately?

When I read the title, I must have skimmed, because my brain saw... "Today I wish I was a Camaro"
So I was coming up with all kinds of responses based on that.

Silver & Blue- 02 Camaro SS, 04 GTO
The way I treat my SS, I do wish I were a Camaro. Hanging around all day in a climate controlled garage under a nice blanket ( car cover ) sheltered from the elements, Only the best 93 octane to eat, washed and waxed on a regular basis and only asked to preform about 2,000 miles per year. Yeah, it's good to be a Camaro.
My ride is a 2002 Camaro SS SLP #3296 with 30k, LTH, 3" Y, CME, Frost tune, K&N, ported TB, Blackwing lid, Bellows, MSD, Denso Iridium, and 85mm MAF, Bilsteins, Eibach springs, SLP strut brace, Adj. Panhard, TA Girdle, UMI, Pro 5.0, Nitto NT555
My wife has a 2004 GTO with the rare SAP, 18" wheels, K&N Cold Air System, MSD, Ported TB, Frost tune, Denso Iridium, Flowmaster cat-back, 3200 Yank, 75k

I wish I was in the Camaro today when I passed a red C5. I'm always in my wifes suv when I see everything. Like Vette's, Camaro's, Mustang's, jackass ricers, even a ZR1! Not that I can hang with a ZR1, but I'd still run him with my 387hp to the wheels haha, just to say I raced one.

navy blue- 2002 camaro ss
There are many times i wished i was in my ss camaro even though my dd is a contour svt. There are so many mustangs around my area and now it seems like there is a 5th gen camaro on every corner. I guess the dealerships are offering great loans on the new camaros. Will charge my battery this weekend and take out the ss. And im sure i wont run into one mustang or new camaro/

My Camaro is my beater lol.. but when it wasn't I'd always run into situations like that, I'd just shake my head and say "You're F**kin' lucky I don't have my other car" lol
