^^ What they said. I have a Frost mail order tune on our car now (mods in sig) and it runs great. I also picked up HP Tuners Pro and have played with it, but not done any actual tuning -- still learning and need to get an A/F gauge that will actually work.

Sent a pm, never got back to me. Anyway, have a magnaflow exhaust in shipment lid/filter, 160 thermostat, stock rear, waiting till it breaks to upgrade. Should be soon. Wondering what tuner would work to get my car running great. Any feedback would be great. Dont know if frost tune would do much since its basically stock.

Two years ago when I made that post it was the case.... I'm sure that you could have seen by looking at my profile that I have unfortunately only been on the board about twice this year - all year (and other boards even less!).
The truth is that my volume of email and PMs make it absolutely impossible to answer more than about 40% of them. That's with me doing email 4-8hrs a day on top of the 10-12 hrs spent at the shop each day. People get upset about it regularly but I'm just one guy and I do all that I can, usually 7 days a week. Any emails or PMs that ask questions that are covered on the website (how much is it, how does this work, how long does it take, etc) are most likely to go un-replied since the auto-reply has links back to the FAQ and Mail Order tuning section on the website. I'm sorry for the delays in communication, but it has to happen so that all of the customers that just pay and send in PCMs get them turned back around same-day or next day and all of the cars booked here at the shop get their fair share of love and attention for tuning in person.
Tuning helps the autos more than manuals when they are nearly stock. You will not get anything anywhere near as specific with a handheld's canned programming though.Last edited by Frost; 09-29-2012 at 06:58 AM. Reason: typo
