Will Radials on my stock snowflakes help
Ive got my stock snowflake rims sitting in my garage, and i was wondering if for the track i should run them with a radial rather than my SS rims that are 17x9.5. I cant hook to save my life so i was just running through ideas to get the power to the ground

Phantom Black Metallic- 2004 GTO M6
Well, you could run DRs on the snowflakes as they are narrower and possibly have less rotating mass than the SS wheels. 16x8 correct?

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
255-50-16 Mickey Thompson Street Drag Radials will fix up your lack of traction problem.
After heating them up mine "dead hook" off the line giving me a 1.7x 60'. And this is with a 3400 stall brought up to 22-2400 at the line and 3.73 gears.
Also, try airing up the fronts to around 45psi for less rolling resistance.
