Arctic White- 01 TA / 06 Duc 749D
bought my all stock, A4, 99 Z28 last sept. for about 10k. had 42k on the motor. i was pretty much commited to buying a black, M6, 99 Z28 that was already modded and dyno'd at 389 rwhp. it had bout 69k on her, was 2 1/2 hours away and they were asking 11k. wife talked me out of it cause she can't drive a standard very well. plus the other camaro was in town at a small family dealership that she had bought her first camaro at. her best point on buying the stock 99 was that i'de enjoy it more modding it myself other than driving someone elses work. my goal is about 380-400 rwhp and it'll take a couple of years for that so it still bugs the shit out of me that i could have went ahead and bought the black one. so far all i've been able to do is get an ebay airlid and kn filter, pre cut fuel rail covers, hooker aero chamber muffler, and just got a stingray hood. buying 3 piece spoiler next week. but the total of that has been about $710.

Silver- 1998 Camaro Z28 A4
i got my '98 Z28 A4 for 12,500 euro with 55,000 kilometers ('bout 35k miles) on the clock. bone stock and well maintained, but with a whining diff. that got taken care of by the warranty. a little over 55k miles now.
mods so far: lid, k&n, catback, wheels, iridium plugs (not really a mod), bilsteins, ta girdle, panhard rod, hpp3 (mainly for shift firmness).
subframe connectors still sitting in the basement.

I needed a new car compared to my worn out 1985 firebird. It got horrible gas mileage. So I wanted a Camaro instead!!

Bought my 99 in 02 with 34k and it was still under warr. at the time for $9,500. It was a trade in at the dealer I work at. Also, how rare do you think my car is? It's a SS and the only options are t-tops and automatic. No cruise,p/mirrors,hatch pull down or release, rear defog, power windows or locks. It's pretty stripped.
