I guess, but the work I do in the sales process should pay me more then they are willing too. I also do not get any benefits here and no hourly raise in 2 years.
That is why I looked at the other company.

My salary will increase by $8,500, they pay 70% of the benefits med and dental, 401k after 1 year, bonuses, also if I take their classes I can advance quickly, they also will pay for school if I go back to college

It's not too good to be true. My mother already works for them and they are having trouble getting intelligent people to run their stores. The company is HUGE. So they can afford certain "luxuries"
