BF brought me back down to earth, no cam when I'm missing 3rd and 4th gear in my tranny. But I made enough today selling the crap cars and cat convertors to get everything I need to fix engine and half of the cost of the rebuild kit for tranny. I still think I should get a new timing chain. Ls2 it will be if ws6 store will call me back so I can order parts.

F1a procharger, sdce tensioner, front mount intercooler, alky control meth system ordered. Trying so hard not to buy a LSX 427, 6 bolt MAST headed long block. Its such a good deal but way overkill and not fitting a "budget build". Hopefully AES gets back to me with some prices soon.

I got a couple of questions that I feel I could get a quicker answer here vs starting a new thread for a 2-3 post answer.


NGKTR 55 vs KGK TR 55IX


1) Any difference between the 2 besides cooper and Iridium? What I mean is which one better for me. (Mods in signature) I got TR55 now, but from what I read the Iridium burns hotter and quicker.

2) Is it to soon to change my plugs? Last time was 33,000 (2.5 yrs) ago when I first got her. But at the time she was stock and well look at the signature.
