Sounds like my mother's house, she has 4 Rotties. They're all over you, in your lap, propping on you, bumping you. She did have one that we bottle raised from when he was 3days old, Ted E. Bear but he got real old 10,(for a Rottie) had to put him down last year.

I had two Rotties, both were lap babies and had to go with me wherever I went, whether is was in the car/truck or if I went in the kitchen, demanding love at all times, huge teddy bears is what they were.

Gus was a massive dog and was 7 years old when he was stolen by illegal Mexicans who wanted a thousand bucks to give him back (I put missing posters up with a "small reward" for his return). I came up with five hundred but they wouldn't take that. I reported them to the cops and they took off with my dog to who knows where.

Luke was only 2 years old when he was killed by my neighbor's Pit right before Christmas two years ago. I miss my babies. They were like kids to me and acted that way too.

I'm on the search for a German Rottie for us for Christmas.

That's horrible on too many fucking levels. Sorry you had to go through those things & hope you're able to find a new Rottie. There's a special place in hell for people who steal other's dogs and shitty stuff like that .
If we had room, I'd love to have another Rottie one someday. They're such good dogs.

Got her Friday before last. 9.5 weeks old now. This was while we were playing out in the backyard before I mowed (hence the tall grass) She's an American Pitbull Terrier named Kami.

She's been keeping me pretty busy lol. I took a lot more when we were at the park this past weekend to realize about 12 pics in that I didn't have the memory card in my camera Oops.

That is one seriously cute puppy... just look at that face! How can you not love her??

I just went to a friend's house last night, the one with the Rotties and PitBulls that I've mentioned earlier... Well she now has an 8 week old Pit-Shepherd mix, and I must say, he is possibly the cutest puppy EVER! My GF took some pics on her phone, I'll have to get them and post them here...

Thanks everyone. I absolutely adore her, and everyone who has met her so far has too. She finally gets to start mingling with other dogs soon. I had to wait 2 weeks since I got her after only 2 days of her being at the intake center (they usually keep them 2 weeks before they take them to the Humane Society to be put up for adoption). My cousin manages it though so I got her sooner. She sees the Vet tomorrow for the first time for her initial check-up, etc.

It's pretty awesome to be a pet owner again.

My good friend's little Corgi-mix, Chloe

And another friend's Pitbull-GSD mix puppy, he doesn't have a name yet.

Sleeping wedged between my arm and arm of couch after some serious playing

I disturbed him so he crawled across GF to sleep on other arm of couch and her arm

And her 2 rotties Delilah and Apollo trying to figure out this puppy thing

Hope you shot that pit preferably right of front of his owner.

You don't hear of many rotts or other big dogs getting stolen...they must've sedated him somehow. I love rotts and can't even imagine what you went through.

My guy Napoleon is asleep across my lap. He weighs 70 pounds. He must be having a good dream. He's snoring up a storm. His legs and nose are twitching and his eyelids are going nuts.

I hate to have to wake him up.

We didn't shoot him, but I made sure he was put down nicely. I'm still sore over both incidents. Hurt my daughter also. BUT like I said, we get one for Christmas so that will be awesome! The new puppy will definetly help the healing process.

Mine's in my avatar, he's been my best bud for 14+years now. Kind of a Rottish Lab mix. He's still in great shape, slowly going deaf and his coat isn't as shiny but he still gets upset when his walk is over, he always wants to keep on going.
