Umm, I was talking about the actual confrontation. "Talking shit," is hardly justification for a beating, believe it or not. And if she was not cooperating beforehand, I don't have a problem with officers subduing her. Clearly that's not what we're discussing here.

How a person acts has ALOT to do with a situation. If you think that a 90 lbs female can't kill you just as quick as a man than you are as naive as your are stupid. Who gives a shit? I'd have done the same thing. And if he's still a cop after that then I guarantee he did nothing wrong because they have audio and video footage of it. That's one of the quickest ways to get shot. If you tell someone to show you their hands and to keep them in view, and they move them out of sight, under a seat, etc. Game over. You don't have to wonder shit. It doesn't matter what they are reaching for and as the officer, you have no idea what is out of sight. It's not about what you find out after the incident it's over. It's the facts that you know DURING the incident. "Your honor, I ordered the suspect twice to keep his hands in clear view by placing them on the steering wheel and to keep them there. By this theory fighting a speeding ticket in court should constitute getting the shit kicked outta you.
