my 305 with a cam and full exhaust sounded 100times better then that car BUT that didnt stop me of putting a fully built 496 and a th400 trans

nothing wrong with an 80's shortblock within reasonable limits, and '86 would be centerbolt from the factory. but he went from 305 to 360
