What have you beat?

When I only had a lid and cat-back, I beat:

Riced out Prelude
Riced out Focus
a few mustang GT's
Nissan 350Z
SS Cobalt with intake, exhaust, and I don't know what else
SS Silverado

My most memorable kill was with a fox body mustang, it pulled up next to me at a light as we were leaving the racetrack. I have to say I was intimidated at first. It was all primer gray, big cowl induction hood, and it sounded mean as hell, so I wasn't sure what all was done to it. I had my wife in the car with me, and when it pulled up next to us, there were 2 guys in it lookin at us smilin and revvin. I didn't rev back, but when the light turned green, I stomped on it. I walked away through 1st and 2nd, and by the time I was in 3rd, the mustang was about 6 car lengths behind me, lol.

I also raced my neighbor once. He has an 04 Cobra with aftermarket procharger kit, intake, exhaust, tune. Needless to say, he destroyed me, but it was fun anyway.

I've had mine 8 months, '01 z28, a4 with only flowmaster exhaust that was on it when i bought it and my list is pretty good:

I lost to a full exhaust and cam GT500 recently, also in my earlier stages of modding when I was 360rwhp I lost to an 03 or 04 Cobra, and a C6 vette (it was a close one so I think it was stock)... and very ealry on when I was basically stock I lost to a turbo supra, a turbo audi A4...

I got beat by my friends Supra (once by a bumper)

Evo8...very modded (was leaving the track)

...does it count that I once got beat by a Datsun Sporting a 13B rotary that ran 11.5...when I was just stock...and I red lit?

oh...once I lost to an Elantra... but I was in my old Mercury Sable... LOL

he had an X pipe sorry not Y, and LT. stock tires. I haven't seen too many stock c6z06 get into 11s at Ennis track either. theoretically they should go 11.6sec or so stock but they usually end up 12.4-12.5, I also have a pal from ls2.com get his c6 (with a catback mod only) at the track and he did 13.4 I think. you're right anything can happen on the street and at the track as well

oh and yeah I am sure as I practice the launches the trap speed will get closer to 119-120. I took it kind of easy the first time at the track. newbie

What is the altitude at Ennis?? Sounds like it is similiar to here. Bandimere is 5800 feet up.
C6Z06's tend to run 12.6 at 114-115 here.

Ennis TX. I'm gonna guess 500-600 ft... I've seen a stock c6z06 run 12.4 the other time. not sure what his deal is but then again I should be running 11.7-11.8 with my setup.

I launched timidly got a 12.4, then I reved to 2500 I spun a bit, got as 12.6,,, I think next time foot break, then launch 1500 and hopefully no more spin... but that was before tq arm, adj panhard and D60 (next week rearend is in)... can't wait to report back with hopefully some 11s
