Although I thought that was extremely funny let's keep it tame in here boys. No bashing or flaming. The OP has a different taste in car sound. No harm in that.

Black/ Silver- 98 TA WS6/ 01 C5 Corvette
True I dunno why I didn't think about that. Some of what I said still applies though. It's the OPs car so he can do what he wants with it, we may not like it but it is his car. If everyone had to do what everyone liked then all of our cars would probably sound the same.

Haven't read the whole thread yet so I may be posting duplicate info. But HPE out of Texas recently made a new car called the Venom GT. It uses a 6.2L supercharged LS3 but they've managed to make it sound like more exotic European cars. Even Bugatti drivers seem to fear it. I'm not a huge fan of that sound out of an American built V8 but I figured that might help a little.

That still doesn't sound like the first vette posted earlier with 180 degree headers.
This car actually sounds like a mid 60's vintage GT40 with a 427 side oiler and 180 degree headers, if you've ever had the pleasure of hearing one, with the GT40 sounding even better than this thing. It sounded like it needed some tuning work.

That's what I thought. It seemed to be hunting for an idle at times, revved up like the throttle response stinks too. It has issues.

I don't like the sound either, but that's as close as I could imagine OP could get with the motor he has

What ever the HP is, I'm not impressed with that one. I've heard 400 HP cars that sound better than that.

That won't sound any less like an American muscle car.

The Termi is a nice car, but if I had an F-body, I wouldn't get rid of it just because of sound. To me, that's trivial. Just make that car your own and enjoy.

Eh, I don't think I completely agree with that. Yeh modular motors still sound american, but they have a very different and distinct sound when compared to a pushrod motor. I actually like the sound of a 4V more than my LS1, cleaner and more refined in my opinion. I can see why OP made that decision

The OP stated he wanted a more European sound, and even posted clips of what he liked. Last time I checked, a Termi didn't have that sound. While it doesn't sound the same as a LS motor, sbc, sbf, ect., it does still sound like an American V8. To me, the OP's post seemed more to try to get people upset. It would be like saying, " I have a Harley, but I want it to sound like a crotch rocket. Oh well, I'll just sell it and buy a West Coast chopper." Maybe I'm wrong. It just doesn't add up to me though.
