Have you seen the intercooler setup here?
http://www.airpowersystems.com/ls1/turbo/turbo.htm
maybe they gave or can make a single turbo intercooler for you. I am about to start getting my parts for my twin remote mount setup myself and come across this in search of an intercooler. Good luck with your system.

well while waiting to pack up my house and move back tot he states now (army stuff) ive been wondering about a few things.
one is im wondering about heads.
im trying to keep my car running near stock while i wait to get my car boosted.
ive heard about goign 317 heads, but hear both pros and cons about using these on boosted engines. how bad will the car "bog" when not in boost?
im considering either the 243/799 heads or the 317s. keeping budget down for other things. im really looking at the 243/799 heads as it will give me a 15ish hp gain from what i keep reading, and it flows better. polish and porting im sure would net more.

installed 90% of the FPR setup with a return line. i used a 3/8 hardline to return the fuel. cheaper then AN hose.
mind you its just a preliminary mock up. i still gotta clean it up a bit but its in there pretty good.
just gotta hook up the adaptor in the back, remove the shrader valve in the rail, and remove the stock FPR in the tank and then just gotta dial in the pressure.
also was fiddling around with my wastegate while i wait.
and threaded the turbo with a 4 an fitting
also got my EMUSA 31" intercooler finally

thanks, yeah its definitly been a work in progress lol baby steps lol
biggest thing is that im waiting on that inlet turbo pipe i had made for me. should be here anyway now.
i am wishing i went with nylon braid feed and drain lines but of well. i put together my wastegate reference line with 4an fitting and 4 an nylon braided hose and was SOOOOOO much easier then the steel braided line lol those are a bitch and i still gotta do a bunch on them.
had an interesting idea though that i need some input on. got to thinking of the return line and was wondering if a short 1ft 12an line right off the turbo and then back to 10 an into the scavenger pump will act as a mini sump to help return oil when under high load better. any thoughts?

Let me think about that some and I'll post my thoughts tomorrow evening sometime.
