    Sorry to sound stupid but my driver side window goes up and down in small incraments and have to wait hours just to get it up. Do I just need a new window motor

    Its sounds like your motor is pretty bad off. Check out the before and after videos here:

    If your window performs like those then installing the kit will help you out. If it is much worse than you will most likely need a new motor. Installing the kit will ensure the motor has proper power and does not fail prematurely again.

    I bought the kit from autotrix.net, followed the instructions, then rolled my window down and the motor quit for good idk the kit didn't work for me

    The kit won't fix bad motors but will help the next one last longer and work better/faster.

    Fix Your Passenger Window Motor!!!

    depending on how bad the passenger side motor is depends on what the fix will do. mine was stopping about half way up before the kit, after the kit I got another 6 months out of my motor before it started doing the same thing again. The good news is that it'll save the life of the new motor you put in...sometimes it helps old motors and sometimes it doesnt, but the fix still fixes a flaw from the factory either way.
