Just bought some parts for my 69 Ford. Nice to be able to use my Disc on it too. Still haven't got off my ass to put in my clutch. Don't know when I will. It has just drug me down. i might sale it.

I ate roughly 6-8 times a day. All mini meals all low in fat, sugar, and salts. I drink probably 10-12 glasses of water a day. No late meals. I do 30 mins cardio 5 days a week and lift for 45mins 5 days a week
