Thought about it. I was up at 6 digging at it with the sharp thing on the nail clippers...its not ingrown...just hurting. So i soaked em in the tub during my shower this morning and cut them anyways.

It had just stopped raining when I washed my car. Sun came out around 4:30-5:00. Turned out to be a better day than I thought.

Changed the oil and the gear oil in the t/a today. Leaving at 7am tomorrow for the dyno.

Been a long damn day. Went to the 'races' and ran my truck. Been the first time since the summer of '10. Qualifying heats were pretty laid back, I qualified somewhere like 5th both times, but that still got me into the B main, which I pulled out a win. That bumped me to 5th/last place consolation start in A-main...which I maintained Those guys were running 7-8 seconds per lap faster than me a least. Tons of fun.

Tried to change the rear gear oil and the damn drain plug is acting up again. When I first drained the oil at the 500 mile mark, all the threads came out with the plug (on its very first removal!). I drilled and tapped it to the next size up, applied thread paste and installed the new plug. Now it doesn't want to come out. Not sure why the thing is jinxed, but something is not happy back there.

Trans fluid is now draining and I will be installing the B&M deep pan this week. I'll mess with the rear later this summer as there really aren't that many miles on it.
