Nope but I saw another helmet to the chin from Harrison, who afterwards gave his standard "it's how I play there was nothing wrong with that hit" speech. This guy has made it clear that he is just not going to adjust his playing style. They're going to have to do more than fine him to make him stop. How long until he gives another "if I can't play the way I want to play, I'm gonna quit and go home" pout...? Boo hoo poor little millionaire.

Getting tired of hearing defensive backs talk trash and act like babies. They feel like badasses because they do the tackling and nobody tackles them. Some offensive linemen need to start blocking them with helmets to the chins I think, and launch themselves completely horizontally helmet first like missiles to get the message across.

I did, that was bad. Andre Johnson kicked the living hell out of that guy. Everyone was saying the DB is basically a POS and has been warned/fined/disciplined by the league numerous times already for his antics. Time for a multi game suspension for him I would think. That was a pretty good ass beating though

Agree 100% with your statements, it time to give him a game or two suspension as well. He clearly doesn't get it and has already said his purpose is to hurt people, but not injure them He has been fined 100k already this year by the league. Fining him doesn't send a strong enough message.

when they are benched do they still get game pay? Meaning if they are disciplinary benched do they still collect the big bucks?

A suspension is usually without pay (I think it's automatic), so they lose 1/16th of their annual salary. That can be big money, that'll motivate them much more than a 50k or even 100k fine...

IMO, on a neutral field where the officials are not inclined to rule balls that hit the ground catches there are at least 3 teams in the NFC alone that are better than the Failclowns.

I guess the Saints aren't one of the three, since the Falcons beat them on their home field. Or would they have done better on a neutral field?

I know, that one you can blame on the field goal kicker. Good to always have things to blame for being second place... mwahahahahaha

Two 3-7 teams going head to head! Woo hoo! The blocked punt was a sign of life perhaps. They need it after that hold ruined a big kickoff return.

On a totally unrelated football note, I really hate seeing diamond earrings on these guys while they're playing. I wish the commissioner would make a rule that only game related gear is allowed to be worn on the field. These insecure millionaires don't need to flash their damn bling when they take their helmets off in the middle of a game.

Agree, however how will the grounds keeper provide for their family?

You guessed wrong, the Saints are one of them. Atlanta did not beat the Saints, they were given a gift.

Not only could the Saints beat the Falcons on a neutral field, they will beat them in Atlanta just like they did in 2006, 2007 and 2009.

I love that bad officiating, statistically improbable mistakes and luck have the Failclowns in first place right now because it will be so much sweeter when they are eliminated in divisional round (if not sooner) of the playoffs.

But first things first, you need to worry about playing the next 3 on the road where the ‘clowns are an average team. I would not be surprised if both TB and Seattle beat them.

See, I knew you could rationalize that loss away. Attaboy!

And you can be average on the road and still be a good playoff team. Average on the road and unbeatable at home = a 12-4 record...

    Garret Hartley makes the chipshot
49ers don't fumble game ending INT
    Refs don't rig baltimore game
McCarthy figures out how to challenge

Just be thankful for the gifts given to Atlanta becuase they will not continue. The failclowns could very easily be 6-5 without those gifts and they play about as well as 6-5 team.
