+1 accelaration slows down above 150 mph. also, a mile is just 25 seconds long at that speed...

in my car 130 or so and let out. been in my freinds 94 z back in high school we killed a 95 gt. we came up on traffic and he(gt) went around them in the median. we wait and spilt the two cars when we caught him it was pass 155
and felt like he saw still climbing. at that point i was like

i'd had enough for one day.

dude i ran a 8.7 bone stock with an auto and 130k miles on my ss, those times are not that good at all for all those mods, imo

I've only hit 125 and I was coming up to traffic. For every one that's wondering on the limiter: It's set at 162 MPH except for a few with crappy tires that are limited to around 115 MPH.

138mph. Had to slow down because things started zipping by a little too fast on 680. I know, I know totally stupid/reckless of me. Just needed to get it out of my system. But it was sooo smooth.

138 in our cars is like going 90-95 in other cars. mine was 145 and i'd have to say it was pretty dang smooth riding.

in the ss maybe 125 but on my gixer 1000 was at 185 and still had room to go. I always felt safer at those speeds on my bike than in a flying brick. even though that brick hauls butt..
