Never been, was close to going back when me and the wife were fighting. She called them on me saying I was abusing her, never laid a finger on her, the cop shows up and asks me what happened so I told him. He asked her then walked back over to me and says my old lady is just mad so he won't send me to jail even though she was wanting to press charges. He asked if I wanted her to leave for a while, I said yes and he told her to pack her crap and stay somewhere else for a few days until she cooled off. The look on her face was priceless. The cop was a buddy of mine, he's an E-6 in one of our sister Reserve units here in Knoxville. Ha ha, it definately pays to know a police officer. I would've lost my job and everything had I went to jail, the Feds don't play around with Felony offenses.

well if you were innocent why not sue the shit face outta of her? if you did that to her instead, call cops and all that trying to get her arrested, making false accusations etc.. she would have done the same thing. sue you most likely. if u are innocent and she has no proof, you could have sued for attempting to mess up ya life. criminal record etc etc... whatever the legal terms are...

Yes and No, it wouldn't be worth the trouble. Luckily I didn't go to jail and nothing was said after the fact.

2 days.... 2 warrants, nothing major, just traffic ones... I had them since I was 16 and I never got caught until I was 18.. Needless to say I had an expired license for 2 years, since I knew I had them... I got caught one fine day, on my way to kroger, minding my own business and pull up to a stop light... I see a cop on the other side of the street also at the light, light turns green I ease on it, the cop busts a U turn in traffic, and hits the lights, I said f*&^%, and I pulled over.. He said he pulled me over for no seatbelt, when I DID have it on... He asked for my license and insurance, I told him they were at my house, ( which was a lie), and he said that was fine, he would write me a ticket and just for me to take my license and insurance to court and they'll dismiss them... I was like cool, since he couldnt run my name since he didn't have my DL.. But.... I put my car into first gear and since we were on a hill, my car rolled back into his ( it was a standard jeep) .. I gave out a small chuckle then stepped out of my car, and he said, son are you high?? I said no sir, I dont do drugs anymore.. He said hands behind your back, so I did, and he arrested me and then searched me.. Pulled out my wallet and found my DL , he said oh look, you must have accidentally placed this in your wallet, I said I guess so.. He was like wait here, ( im handcuffed, where the hell could I go??).. He comes back and said do you know why there are warrants with your name on them, I said.. no.... So then he calls another cop, and they search my vehicle for drugs, because he said HE "smelled" marijuana....lol... Which wasnt true.. Anyways got down to the station and did my time served ... Oh and just like another member on here I got to witness someone taking a 30 minute shit.... they didnt have any "jail shoes" for me, so I was barefoot for those 2 days on freezing cold floors... I didnt eat there, I just gave it to whichever dude was eyeing me..
