I could deal with multiple songs from the same band even ones i hate (like pink floyd) but for the love of god pick different ones and not the same 5, they do have a crap ton more. Mix it up a but, and they call themselfs dj's. oh and why the f do people call up and ask to hear some shitty ass song they played like an hr ago during the request hr, me thinks thoes requests are bogus

Its not the fact that they should stop playing certain bands, they should just stop playing the same fucking songs from those bands. All these bands have more than 3 songs. Play some b-sides or non hits.

Okay, I'm suspending - indefinitely - the big LS1.com party I was going to host at my house! Ya'll are just gonna be too hard to DJ for. From the looks of things, I'd have to fight at least one person every time I put a song on!
About the Nickelback remarks; I don't hate the actual band, but in two years, 354 days, I would LOVE to be in a dark alley with their tour manager for five minutes.
He's on my short list.

I agree with the variety comment in terms of playing various songs but certain artists. Van Halen is one of the greatest bands in rock history but they only play like 3 MAYBE 4 songs of theirs. That gets really old. There's songs by VH people probably dont even know its them (as unmistakeable as Eddies guitar is)

1. Ice cream man ( its a neat track)
2. Pretty Woman ( the opening is badass)
3. Everybody wants some
4. 5150
5. baluchitherium

All good. His intros are the stuff of legend. I make my attempts at Eruption like most every other guitarist does. I liked the intro to Sucker in a Three Piece and Poundcake (drill near the pick up).
Panama makes me think about Jungle Expert School in the Army.
Hot for the Teacher, The Cradle Will Rock, Runnin' With The Devil, Me Wise Magic, Humans Being.....I could go on and on.
Love some VH.

I could live the rest of my life without ever hearing Miley Cyrus again. No problem.
