Rims on Black Camaro SS

i agree xmarkx, i have a red ss i used to have shiny bling wheels per say, im a old timer, and got tired of polishing wheels, bought some black american racing chepos, and i think they look better than the polish ones and now just wash and wipe off, so i love painted black wheels on red car, but please put nice rotors behind those wheels and color match your calipers imo,,,,,,,,,,,,terry

what I think looks awesome with the f bodies, especialy the camaros is the combination of the z06 wheels with z06 brakes. I know there are better brakes then the Z06 set up but the combination of the 2 is just perfect as far as looks

The first pic they are a black chrome finish. The second is regular chrome. I've searched everywhere for these wheels and it seems they aren't available in the US anymore. I had them on my red TA about 7 or 8 years ago, wish I still had those wheels.

Why all the hate on black rims, and black ones with polished lips?
I actually just stripped all the paint off the wheels to rock them all polished for a month or so since the paint was chipping, will be getting powercoated next time

I like the Indy 500 wheels. My friend who sold me my Sterns bought a set of Indys for his 05 GTO. I think they are polished.

that is one clean car. sweet ride. still not a huge fan of black wheels but the car looks damn good.
