I tried many, many whey protein supps. I break out in Exzema <SP? very badly whenever I consume them. I am also Allergic to Wheat of any kind and Rye

I never noticed until I started lifting alot and taking whey protein, the reaction was bad enough for me to see a doctor.

I used to get eczema as a kid and good lord do those rashes suck.

So being allergic to wheat you basically can only eat white bread?

In limited amounts, I am VERY allergic. I don't miss bread though
